We’re absolutely thrilled to receive news of not one but three shortlist entries in the highly regarded TTA Awards. Judged by a panel of industry experts, the TTA Awards recognise excellence in the tile industry, so you can imagine how much it means for us to be finalists in Wall Tile of the Year, Floor Tile of the Year and Best Commercial Project – Small.
With great environmental credentials, as it’s made from over 90% natural raw materials and 42% recycled content, it’s no wonder our Sensi tile is in the running for Floor Tile of the Year. Inspired by the different textures of the earth, Sensi comes in five neutral shades that echo the strength of nature.
Cococure is our shortlisted project. Cococure is a well-loved, multi-levelled nightclub and eatery in London’s Aldgate. With a mix of custom tiles and reclaimed and repurposed finishes, it’s a stunning project that’s well worth checking out next time you’re in the area.
In the Wall Tile of the Year category, we’re hoping for big things with our glamorous Spectre tile. A study in reactions of light on different glazes to playful effect, Spectre is made up of three glaze finishes. By combining different glazes in either a random combination or structured pattern, the collection can be used to dramatic effect creating a unique look at every angle.
We’ve got our fingers crossed for the ceremony this September and will bring news of the results as soon as they’re in.
