As the situation across Europe develops, we all are doing our bit to control the spread of COVID-19. Currently, we are working with our clients to deliver projects and whilst we have encountered issues the Strata Team have resolved them to our clients satisfaction.
Increasingly our clients are making us aware of supply issues on projects not specified as Strata Tiles and we are working with these clients to supply tiles in a timely manner utilising the 500,000m² of architectural floor and wall tiles stocked in the UK as well as grouts, adhesive & trims for immediate call off to site. If you are currently having any supply issues with tiles and need any information or advice please let us know and we would be delighted to help.
Our Clerkenwell showroom is currently closed. The showroom team still remain contactable and are available to help with client enquiries. We have also included video meetings for our clients to offer technical support.
