As part of Clerkenwell Design Trail this October, we teamed up with Ethical Stone, makers of our 100% British terrazzo, for drop-in workshops at our Clerkenwell Studio
An enthusiastic number of invited guests popped on their gloves and an apron to join Simon Goude MD Ethical Stone to create their very own bespoke British Terrazzo Tile using local stones and recycled materials all produced in Manchester with a low carbon alternative to ordinary cement.
Simon returned to the Ethical Stone factory in Manchester loaded with some 200 samples to be cured and polished before being returned to their creators.
We would like to thank all participants for coming along and making this such an engaging event that we will certainly be repeating.
