Marlington

Marlington is a terrazzo-effect porcelain tile in a warm, multi-tonal palette, designed for commercial and residential schemes where the character of traditional terrazzo is required in a more consistent, lower-maintenance format. 

The soft ground tones and scattered aggregate pattern give the tile a tactile, artisanal quality suited to a wide range of interior settings.

The Marlington collection is suitable for wall and floor use, interior and exterior.

Produced in a 452x452mm format at 10mm thickness, Marlington works well as a standalone floor or wall tile and combines effectively with complementary plain tones for feature or border applications. 

The matt finish reduces surface glare and provides good underfoot grip, reflected in its slip resistance rating of PTV 36+ (slider 96). This meets the HSE recommended threshold for low-risk pedestrian areas and makes the Marlington collection a practical choice for commercial entrances, hospitality flooring and public access spaces.

Marlington carries 37% recycled content and an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) is available to download, supporting specification on projects with BREEAM, net zero or circular economy targets. The recycled content figure and EPD make it one of the more straightforward products in the range to specify where sustainability credentials are required at a project level.
