Noa

Noa is a fluted ceramic wall tile with a softly undulating wave profile. It comes in a matt finish in a single 450 x 120 x 23mm format, in three colourways: White, Mint and Green. The Mint and Green options bring colour into a scheme through texture rather than pattern. White leaves the relief to carry the surface on its own.

The profile only shows clearly under raking light. A linear source above or to one side picks out each ridge, while flat frontal lighting will mute it. At 23mm thick, Noa is also heavier per square metre than a standard flat wall tile. The substrate and adhesive bed should be specified with that load in mind, with full coverage behind the relief.

Noa is for interior walls only. It suits feature walls in hotels and restaurants, bar fronts, reception desks, lift lobbies and column casings, as well as communal areas in larger residential developments. Plan the setting out from the main sightline so the profile runs unbroken across the wall, and resolve the corner details before fixing.
