Brasserie Olivia brings the spirit of a classic Parisian brasserie to London’s Sloane Square. The first UK restaurant from French hospitality group Nouvelle Garde, the richly layered interior was created by B3 Designers, combining Parisian elegance, Riviera warmth and Chelsea character.

Parkside helped bring the material-led scheme to life through a distinctive tile specification. An intricately patterned mosaic floor flows throughout the ground-floor dining space, using contrasting tones and a repeating scalloped motif to introduce movement, craftsmanship and a sense of heritage. Decorative borders define key areas, while a bespoke entrance detail creates a memorable arrival.

Checkerboard wall tiles in warm terracotta and neutral tones frame the open kitchen, complementing the dark timber, brass accents, tactile upholstery and statement lighting. Together, the surfaces create a characterful and cohesive hospitality interior designed to transition effortlessly from relaxed daytime dining to late-night gatherings.
