The new Community Store in London’s King’s Cross is an Offspring retail space with a twist, bridging the gap between online articles, community events and retail footwear sales. The store will host a range of community-based projects.

For the transformation into an iconic and flexible space, Seabrook Studio, a retail and hospitality design practice, specified Parkside’s Dawson concrete-effect porcelain floor tiles across the lower and mezzanine levels.

Comprising porcelain and ceramic options, the Dawson collection features floor tiles with a high PTV value of 36+ that are suitable for wet use, including 20mm specifications for outdoor use. With matt, textured and grip finishes in floor tiles and matt across all wall tiles – as well as textured 3D effects – and mosaic, XL, square and rectangular formats, it as an extraordinary versatile and capable collection. Dawson can meet the need of a wide range of projects.
