Hemington

Hemington is a stone effect effect porcelain tile collection that captures the irregular, textured surface of natural slate in a durable, low-maintenance porcelain body.

Natural slate varies significantly between pieces and requires careful sealing and ongoing maintenance to prevent water ingress and staining. However, Hemington delivers the same raw, stone quality with the consistency and practicality that porcelain provides.

The collection is available in four colourways: Cliff, Putty, Graphite and Multicolour.

Cliff and Putty sit in the lighter, warmer range of slate tones, Graphite provides a deeper charcoal option, and Multicolour introduces the kind of tonal variation found in naturally occurring slate with multiple hues running through a single surface.

Each colourway is available in both a standard matt finish and a structured finish, the latter replicating the cleft, tactile surface of real split slate. The structured finish is particularly suited to floors in wet or high-traffic areas where additional surface texture improves grip underfoot.

The range spans four sizes across two distinct formats. The field tiles come in 605x305mm and 605x605mm, covering both a classic rectangular and square layout. The 610x150mm format is a mosaic strip tile, available in both the standard and 3D variants. The 3D mosaic introduces a faceted, relief surface that adds depth when used as a feature strip alongside the larger field tiles.

Hemington is suitable for walls and floors, inside and outside.

Cliff, Putty and Graphite contain 40% recycled content, while the 3D variants of those colourways contain 30%. Both figures are strong credentials for projects with sustainability requirements.
