We have recently worked with Concorde BGW to complete the Broad Street Townhouse project, part of the Butcombe Pubs and Inns Group. A stunning new boutique city centre ‘bolthole’ offering eleven individually designed bedrooms, café by day and speakeasy bar, ‘The Blind Pig’ by night.
Including statement furniture and individual artwork found throughout the bedrooms, our Lyrical range intensifies the scheme adding to the intended laid-back and luxurious home-from-home touch and feel. Lyrical White, Rose Mallow and Alabaster were used to soften the bathroom scheme along with a patchwork tile to add that quirky homely feel to the floor. Our Lyrical was also used in the café/bar area paired with cake stands and pretty plants the décor applies that classy look which compliments the buildings heritage. A mix of other tiles were used on this project that were specifically sourced.
“Broad Street Townhouse is a passion project of ours and one we’ve long had in mind – since taking over the Pig & Fiddle pub next door back in 2015. It was a shame to see such a beautiful building, filled with original features, sat empty in disrepair but so rewarding to get stuck into the renovation and bring it all back to life.
