Designed by Apt, the scheme will deliver 654 bed spaces across 4 buildings. A two-level basement occupies the entire site and contains the exposed remains of the Roman city wall and bastion. A gallery will enable the public and building users to view the monument. The ground floor of the building will accommodate the reception, utilities, loading bay, substation, and space for start-ups.
Due for completion in 2021, the main contractor is Balfour Beatty and Offsite Solutions are providing the bathroom pods.
