On 8 October 2025, our team had the pleasure of hosting a vibrant and inspiring event—Tile Painting with Alusid—in collaboration with Cruise Ship Interiors, at the newly launched Material Source Studio in London**.The evening began with a warm welcome from Richard France, who introduced guests to Parkside and our exciting new studio space within the Material Source.
The highlight of the event was a hands-on tile painting session led by Alisdair Bremner, the Co-founder and CEO of Alusid. Alusid transform low-value waste into the most desirable high‑value architectural tiles. Their innovative approach combines circular design with striking aesthetics, proving that eco-conscious materials can be both beautiful and responsible.

The CSI+ community who attended the event had the opportunity to explore their artistic side through tile painting, making it a fun and engaging way to express creativity and connect with others in a relaxed, hands-on setting.
