CDW 2019 – What a Week!

A big thank you to everyone that visited our Design Studio. We loved meeting so many new people and catching up with some familiar faces. Our theme this year was all about sustainability with the launch of our new tile range Sequel which is made from 98% recycled materials.

We were thrilled by the positive response to our ‘Sustainability: the new normal’ panel discussion. Hosted by Roddy Clarke, four industry professionals discussed how they are all finding new ways to work with waste materials and how the industry as a whole can work towards a more sustainable future.

Ceramic artist Matt Raw guided groups through our tile making workshops, using some of the recycled materials that are used to produce our latest range Sequel to create imprints and textures on the tile surface. We loved seeing the creativity and detail that went into everyone’s tiles and look forward to sharing them once they’ve been fired and glazed.

Thanks to Sarel Jansen for capturing some great shots!
