The Oasis Community Centre Refurbishment

To celebrate JMDA’s 10 year anniversary, they decided to give back to the local community, combining the teams skills to design and refurbish all of the communal areas of the community centre.

As the project progressed JMDA came up with a fantastic design, involving our Sales and Design Director – Richard France. Richard sourced 3 tiles to complement the design on behalf of Parkside and got involved in the project, getting his hands dirty! Everyone contributed to the project from cleaning to painting to dressing.  The design included a rich blue running through the scheme, a hand graffitied wall and lots of inspirational quotes.

Oasis run the centre primarily for the homeless for general support and in time of crisis, creating hope and a future for everyone facing homelessness. ‘We believe in prevention and intervention.
